Incompetence

I ordered a Chicken Platter in advance on Saturday the 29th of October and 25 minutes before I left to collect my order, i called to confirm that it was ready. To which the staff responded yes. However when I got to the store nobody knew about my order. I explained that I had just called and the order was confirmed as ready to pick up. The guy with whom I placed the order, had left for the day. One of the deli staff called his personal phone. He was adamant that he was waiting for me to come to the store to confirm the order amongst other excuses. Earlier whilst placing my order I asked the gentleman about payment, he said I had to put down a deposit and the balance on collection. So I informed him that I could pay in full as it wasn't an issue. He rep**** it was fine I could just pay the full amount (R390) on collection. While at the store the manager was called who was no help either! Disappointing service! This Spar deserves 0 stars!
