Incident on duty

Good day I work for stretford spar in orange farm so my problem is i got hurt on the leg while we were busy with one of the deliveries so i did report my problem then went to public clinic on tuesday were the doctor said "he wont be able to help me " reason being the company should take responsibility and assist me so the gave me an incident for to fill on the 24th October 2018 and they just could help or bother to take me to a doctor its a week now limping n bearing a painful leg becouse the cant help me.can you please assist me on this matter. Thank you
