Inappropriate remarks passed

My father who has been shopping for a good couple of years at the Spar Rosmead Branch,who does his shopping daily in the store and who is well known by many there has had an incident tonight which I find rather disgusting and totally unacceptable that a customer that shops there every single day was treated so. The assistant Nikita told her colleagues in front of customers that my father is an alcoholic who stinks everyday like alcohol and is constantly buying alcohol and had the audacity to laugh and make a big joke about it. Now irrespective if any customer takes a drink or even has a scent of alcohol on them I don't see how this specific assistant felt the need to mention or pass such remarks this is not only embarrassing for my father but for it to be done in front of other customers as well is totally unacceptable. Spar has not been complaining by making money off him every single day for the past couple of years but find this acceptable. This was reported to the manager at the desk and I'm pretty sure it has been swept under the mat as I myself works in retail and know it goes,hence I find myself lodging this complaint on this site. I would like this addresed
