Improve on customer experience

I went to Spar this afternoon did my shopping and went to the till. At the till i meet a lady called Phumeza, she refused to take my groceries from the shopping basket for scanning. She insisted that I had to remove the items myself, I had chips, apple crumble and drinks. I strongly believe that the till operator should take items from the small shopping basket. Had I taken a proper trolley I would have obviously taken the items out the trolley. But the basket was already on the till.
