Immoral work ethics

Just made a purchase at Spar in Lulekani and upon receiving hthe e receipt i noticed that one of their items Hair Glo 125ml was billed at a higher amount than the actual one that was placed by the product stand which was R38,99. I asked one of the staff to check the irregularity and was redirected to a lady called Sindile, little did i know that her work ethics involve dishonesty and being a *****. She walked back to the product stand removed the old price came back with a smaller Hair Glo and proceeded to tell me that i did not see what i had mentioned. Another lady who was in the same isle saw her remove the prices in an attempt to not pay me back the difference.

I am highly disappointed in this individual and Spar as a whole because your employees represent the company and from the looks of things employees here are being taught to improvise with improper methods when dealing with customers.

Spar has lost a customer in me🖐🏾
