I’m disappointed!

I sent my son to buy some stuff at Stretford Spar. He was helped by Namhla Dottie. I had sent him to also to a cash at till withdrawal. Namhla told him he will have to buy something that costs at least R10 to be able to do the withdrawal. This came as a shock cause he had already paid R52.87 worth of mini groceries. Does every Spar do that or it’s only the Stretford spar. I’m disappointed!
