******* Salary Deductions & Spit on Groceries

1. I have just witnessed a manager walk past our cashier as she was about to help us and take the store's copy of the credit/debit card payment out of her hand before she can insert it into her till.<br> The cashier looked quite upset. When I enquired she said that she took too long to write her name on the slip and insert it into the till before helping us. The slip's value will now be deducted from her salary!<br> She didn't even take that long!! <br> This is *******. I wonder if this Spar even have the basic conditions of employment up as they should as it clearly states under section 34 only monies the employee has signed for may be deducted from their salary.<br> I am completely disgusted in the management and quite angry actually! <br> I am not supporting Spar if this is how their employees are treated!<br> <br> 2. The second complaint is that their packers lick their fingers to open the plastic bags before touching the food you just bought. Their spit is still on their fingers (bacteria/viruses) and then they continue to pack my food I just bought with those hands! I have complained a lot but nothing ever happens! Stranger spit is not welcome and highly unhygienic! Sort this out!
