Ill treatment from store manager!

I will never forget the rudeness and disrespect I just experienced at Dhayson's Spar in King William's Town, Eastern Cape. I had a complaint about one of their food products and went to the manager to file a complaint. To my surprise I was asked"why are you complaining" even after I've told him what my complaint was about. Mind you, he was busy walking away while I was talking to him. That's when I decided to leave rather than running after him. Never again will I set foot in that store!
