I WAS TREATED LIKE I AM NO HUMAN

<p>Spar Riverside, CC ********** 05</p> <p>On Friday evening the manager sent a security to kick me out of the shop just because it was time for them to close shop. Even though they were 5 people in a queue, they literally told me get out, I felt I was treated like a dog. I understand that it was through the mercy of a security that I was let in at 19:59 whereby the shop closes at 20:00, but does that take away my right to treated with dignity? Does that take away a right to be treated as a customer? Does that mean I am any less of a man? This agitated me so much that I had to raise my voice with them after which I apologised for!!! But all I was shouting was “CALM DOWN SETTLE DOWN NOW!!” Look at me apologising to a store manager that knows nothing about apology.</p> <p>I have since sent my dissatisfaction to their complaint department which in turn promised me a full investigation and to get back to me in 48 hrs! Well I am still waiting..... What I sensed from the caller’s tone is that the management was well within their right to treat me thus!!! This is very shocking to say the list. No one from your store has felt that they needed to apologise for this!</p> <p> </p>
