I want a REFUND from SPAR

On the 20th of March 2019 I bought my groceries at Spar in Berea east London, the was a 2kg of chicken on those groceries only to found the meat is not fresh its got a bad smelling after I cooked it 2 pieces, so I went to spar in the morning of the 22nd with out proof of purchase, the only proof I had is the in contact as I was using my bank card, and the till number that I used...so they said that cant help, and apparently they cant even see me on their cameras, and they cant do a reprint as they help 3000 customers a minute... So I want my R48.99 from Spar coz the is no way that they cant do a reprint or see me on their cameras... they treat me like trash as if im telling lies...
