I kid you not... I was hit by a staff member.

I was punched in the face by a staff member at Spar. I went to a location in pretoria central where I was hit after asking a staff member if they could grab something for me higher up (I do not remember what it was - I was so stunned). They got down from their ladder, said something in chinese, and then punched me! I kind of just fell back and sat there because I guess that I was expecting more to come, but they just calmly walked away. I ended trying to report it, but I was escorted out instead for "being a disruption" since I was crying so much and messy with drooping mascara. I do not know what to think or say, but I went back a week later after getting some legal advice, and then I saw the same staff member who looked at me and ACTUALLY SMILED. What??
