I dont understand

On the 20th December 2015 I went to spar in houtbay to load points on my myciti card. The lady that works for myciti has already left and I was forced to load cash onto my card at the kiosk. The service I got was terrible, the lady told me my card can't accept cash because it's used to loading points only. She never apologised for the inconvenience, she was just so blunt. Thanks to myciti and spar I had to then pay R300 to get a cab to Cape Town... and another cab back to Houtbay. I'm very disappointed in myciti, and spar.
