I deserve an explanation for my money

I placed an order on the 14 October and did not receive some the items and did not receive the 10% reservation fee, now they have debited the same amount of that day plus an extra 75 rands with no explanation, I will never buy from Spar bloed mall ever again and the spar to 2 thing does not work
