I am so angry as i type this complaint to you

As I was standing waiting so that I can place an order she comes and asked who is next so generally the is not sign saying cue here and didn't see who came first between me and the other guy. so I said me and the guy said he did than she start shouting at us like we kids which I didn't like as a costumer I felt like my intelligence was tested and I called the manager and guess what he didn't' take me serious so please Dear Peter help me
