Humiliation towards a innocent mistake.

I have never been so disgusted with SUNWARD PARK SPAR before. They humiliated me today in such a way that I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. I work at a school. Thats alot of people in Sunward Park.

I accidentally walked into SUNWARD PARK SPAR without a mask. Took a trolley sanitized it before having my hands sanitized. The lady that sanitized my hands looked at me and said nothing. I walked to the eggs, then the milk with no one pointing it out to me.

As the lady started ringing my stuff I realized I had no mask on. I immediately put my hand over my mouth and nose and apologized. That is when the lady that does the sanitizing came and shouted at me. I apologized again and she just carried on. That is when I pointed at the fact that she didn't point it out at the door.

Then the manager started talking so loud saying who am I to come into the store without a mask. I have no respect and and and. I tapped my card and walked out hearing how she carried on like a complete crazy person. Not once did anyone come to me with a decent attitude and tell me listen your not wearing a mask.

I walked to my car, got my mask and walked back in to apologized but then she turned her back at me, walked away saying "oh now she has a mask!!!!!"

So again I pointed out that the lady at the door didn't remind me but still she carried on about if I do it others will want to do it too. Okay then they need to look at their staff who didn't once point out to me that I didn't wear a mask. The owner just sat there allowing this woman to repeatedly insult me.

I made a mistake and I've seen many do it. I just show them without anyone knowing that they are not wearing a mask just like I would like to be told. There is no sign outside the shop saying no mask, no entry.
