Humiliating system in place

Went to Spar Hillbrow(corner Smit & Twist) upon not finding what I want, intending to leave I was approached by a security lady at the entrance who demanded to search me. As mortified & humiliated as I was I refused & asked for the manager. Only to be told that it's the system they have in place. WHAT A PATHETIC THING TO SAY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS & WHAT A MANAGER YOU HAVE IN HIM. Can you really stoop that low & have that pathetic response as an answer for not having proper security measures in place????? Ever heard of surveillance cameras??? I can't be smart alone here. To my surprise a lady went out without being searched & guess what I got another PATHETIC response. What really gets my blood boiling is the fact that I've been a shopper for the past 5 years in that store & only to be treated like that. Such a reputable company but I guess you not as reputable as we thought you are.
