HUMILIATED AND RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AT SPAR AVONDALE

I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed and inhumanely treated in my life.

Earlier today my husband and I went past Avondale Spar, we entered and sanitized. We headed straight to their cooked goods department to buy quarter chicken, I then went to the queue to withdraw instant money at the kiosk. I then paid for the chicken and asked for razors and they told me they do not have them at the kiosk and directed me to where I can buy them. I took them and paid at one of the tills nearby. When my husband and I are about to leave, we headed towards the exit near the security we passed when we walked in. The security asked to search my belongings (a brown paper bag that I walked in with and she didn't ask to check when I walked in). The time she was still looking the white male manager came towards us and they BOTH looked through the brown paper bag, they found Woolies chicken and pie and rolls (which were all bought for me buy my employer) - He asks for the receipt of the razors and quarter chicken I bought in the store and I gave them to him! He asked for the receipt for the rolls and everything in the brown paper bag and I told him everything in the bag was purchased by my employer earlier today, he then said he will need to check this on the camera and asked for us to follow him, they put us in a SMALL ROOM with my husband, when he returns from "checking the cameras" he does not let us go and he does not tell us what he saw. He tells the female security to body search me and my bags (all of which is being done with no gloves on) - she proceeded to body search my husband and his belongings! She was not wearing a mask! The four of us with in that tiny room! I then tell them to make all our lives easier they can call my employer and confirm my story, her takes her number and calls - when he is done with the call he says him and my employer have sorted everything out - WITHOUT the slip he was demanding from me. How did they sort everything out without her bringing the slip? How did he take her word for it without her being in the store. We are the only ones that were searched, why were we searched even after he checked the cameras?? Everyone was watching us being escorted to the room and when we left. he chose to believe someone he spoke with on the phone and not someone in front of him. Basically, we were accused of being *******!!! I am not letting this go, I want this dealt with. No social distancing, no gloves, our dignity was dragged through the mud. I go to that Spar almost everyday. How can he say everything is sorted after humiliating us like this??? I am disgusted, I am hurt, I am humiliated by an "acting" manager named Marc.

Can someone look into this, what kind of ****** operation are you running in that store??? He said he is an acting manager, if this is how he acts as an acting manager how is he going to act should he God forbid get the position???

I want this resolved, I want this sorted or else I am taking it further, I am going on social media, I am going on Ombudsman, I am taking it to a lawyer!
