HR. SPAR Miscommunicated

20th march 2024 I was called for an interview at Spar Hunters port elizabeth the Hr named Liza said I should be there at 8am then she called the second time to dress in black and white on call I asked her about the interview and she said that I will start immediately a8was told for 3months then they will see how I perform to make me permanent I was so excited and went but when I got there I asked the front line supervisor Nicola when and where is the interview taking place and I was told to pack at the till point to observe I was dumpstruked but went ahead for 4hours interview started only at 12 that day

My argument is that interviewing and going home and wait on response but they said on that day they split interviews into practicals which is correct but it's not supposed to packing its supposed to be be getting on the till to see is it what we said we applying for and they have to observe us so now I lost my previous job casual because they said 8am and I will start working not explaining how they go about doing it so that's misleading information to us as interviewers.. I used R200 Uber money lost 4days working hours and if I have known this I would not have gone cause it was out of my timing cause I had to be at work 11am I'm now not working waiting on my previous agent to call me again that why I went to this interview cause it was garentee 3months

Hr Liza should do her telephonic communications properly cause that's not fair I couldve do the 8am interview then 11am go to my casual job whilst waiting for feedback I think that's not Wright to all that was there with me and if said it's practical then we shouldv gone on the till so that they can see if we could work the till not so???? I'm really disappointed and upset
