HOT FOOD PURCHASED AT SPAR CARLSWALD

I bought HOT FOOD from Superspar on 16 June. Following which all members of my family who had consumed the food, fell very sick after consumption. I immediately reported to SPAR, so they can investigate. They have not given any updates. When I call, I do not get an solid feedback. Finally today, I spoke to a Rafik who is very defensive that my family did not get sick from the food bought from the store because no other individual reported getting sick; So my case is only valid if there's public witnesses. My family could have died. Instead of SPAR investigating possible traces in their food and food handling procedures / food management procedures, they are treating me with arrogance, whereas my family could have died from the infection. As it stands, it doesn't look like SPAR has any food management or food handling procedures in place as the only proof of a possible food poisoning can only be validated through a mysterious public witness, who must walk into the store and confirm my case!
