Horrifying Attitude from Customer Care Desk

I ordered 40 sanitary pads over the phone to pick up. When I got to the customer care desk where I was supposed to pick up the sanitary pads I was rudely attended by a lady called Chandre who just threw the box in front of me without saying a word and then walked away. I waited for her to come back and asked her if this was everything she rudely rep**** that I was supposed to take the stuff and go to the queue to pay. I told her she could’ve kindly informed me without the attitude as I assumed that I could pay with her as there were speed points at the till. She further condescendingly told me that I’m supposed to know that she doesn’t understand why I couldn’t think because everyone knows that she didn’t have to tell me. I’m very disappointed at her atrocious behaviour and attitude and it is not expected from someone who works at Customer Care.
