Horrific servive and terrible attitude from Nokuphila

I've been a regular customer at this store for about 2 years now and I have never recieved such bad service, I decided to pay at the cigarette counter as I only had 3 items, there were 2 ladies behind the till (the second one was packing) when my turn to pay came they were in a conversation and while Nokuphila (the name I picked up from the receipt) was scanning my items I mentioned that I wanted to draw cash, not once but twice (while their conversation continued) we got to the point where I'm asked to insert my card for payment (still with no questions about how much I want to draw) so I ask " did you hear that I asked to draw?" Response " why didn't you say so and say how much?" I let her know that I did so more than once but there was no way she could have heard me over the laughter of the conversation to which I got " well you cant expect me to stop my conversation just because you have arrived" and that's the point where I lost my calm and asked for the manager who still didnt help as I still got no apology, all I got was noise from Nokuphila as I walked off. Absolutely horrific
