Horrible services at super spar belhar

I stop at spar in belhar after my flight that was the nearest supermarket bought a grocery items I then drove to durbanville when I got home my son told me it's the wrong flavors I bought I drove all the way back the next day with the sealed item and the original till slip a lady at the front tells me they don't take exchanges or returns even if u have a till slip at that spar even if the item has not been used and everything is still seal and saleable I asked myself how can that be.The price of that item was R19 its not even an high risk item It's a disgrace pethecic customer service.
