horrible service spar heidelberg 69 Voortrekker str ***

I ordered on the 07/12/2024 @ 18h32 ( SPAR HEIDELBERG) my order was not delivered when i call the store they told me that they dont deal with 2U orders and the driver should have called me to let me know their scan is not working they probably going to deliver the next day. The next day(08/12/2024) I went to the store and spoke to the manager who had to take my number and give me a call back because the driver was nowhere to be found. An hour later the manager called me to ask what time will I be available for them to deliver, we agreed on 18h00. After 10 minutes I was called by the driver (Tapiwa) to inform me that he is knocking off at 14h00 on the that day and he wont be able to deliver at 6pm. I then asked him what must I do now coz this is unacceptable he told me he is just a driver here and he wont be able to deliver at 6pm. I called the customer service line they said they will escalate it.

Later around 6pm I checked my app only to find that my order was delivered at 16h22( 08/12/2024). I never received my order. I went to the store the next day ( 09/12/2024) to explain myself again. I received my order( IN THE STORE) but I have wasted my time & petrol for something that was supposed to be done 3 days ago. ORDER NUMBER 25850

The WORSED SERVICE EVER. SPAR HEIDELBERG try to improve your service. I will never shop at that store ever again and I dont recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money to the store that doesnt take care of their customers
