Horrible service from Woodhill spar

I went into the spar to pick up a few things and when I get to the tills a lady by the name of Palesa was the one assisting, didn’t even greet she asked me are you using card and I smiled and said yes. She scanned my stuff and didn’t even pack it. She didn’t wanna pack it. And I asked her to pack it, as I was checking the slip. And I noticed that the veggies didn’t reduce from the original price, when I told her about it. She just said go to the last till. I didn’t know for what, and which till was she talking about and the more I asked for clarification the more irritated she got. She got so rude to the point where I asked her if I was irritating her and she just rolled her eyes. I come to Woodhill spar to do my shopping not to feel like I’m bothering the stuff. She has a horrible attitude. She needs to be taught how to service customers.
