Horrible service from Tops at Spar staff

I visited the Tops @ Spar in Mamelodi Mams Mall as I needed to quickly withdraw some cash for a cab, the lady who assisted me, Basetsana said I need to buy something first, I can't do cash back only. I said to her let me grab some snacks which were literally just behind me, I turned around (I didn't even leave) and when I turned back around she was now scanning items for someone else. I was standing right there with her and another customer now, I asked her why she called someone else while she's still busy with me and she just looked at me, didn't answer me and continued with the other guy as if I was completely invisible. To make matters worse when I asked her where can I rate her service she bluntly said "we don't do that here." I'm very disappointed in this kind of service because I am always going to that shop and I have never experienced such horrible service.
