Horrible service from manager

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGER

I bought milk on different occasions freshpak they went off I complained and took pice of the milk and slips and barcode he called Sunday and when I called back no one said they looking for me till I emailed headoffice then Monday Andrew from brackendowns spar called me he was so rude and abrupt asking me what would I like to do hello you are the manager it's your job to.come up with a solution he was saying that it's never happened and he needs the product so I advised no one told me that he went on saying he is going to.close his eyes and replace the milk and suffer a loss I mean that is rude it's not how you talk to customers what about my loss I feel this has been a horrible way to deal with esp with a customer as a manager he is so rude and has no way of talking
