HORRIBLE SERVICE BY MANAGER AT OLIVEDALE SPAR

I went into the Spar at Olivedale on the 17th of April 2025. I asked one of the workers there for the wine special that had been active for weeks prior to this day. The worker then advised me the special was still active and that he too had purchased the wines on special that very day, i then went to the till to pay and that's when they called the manager Renitha Rabikissu as the special was not showing at the till however the cashier agreed that the special was on the previous week as i had stated. The manager then said in a very rude and unwelcoming manner that the initial worker who i had confirmed the special with earlier will have to pay for the balance. This lady also frowned her face and then walked away. I then went up to her by her station to tell her that i do not appreciate the manner is which she spoke to me and dealt with this misunderstanding she rudely said "sorry, have a good day" i then advised her that i'm still talking and that's when i asked for details of where to escalate this behavior. The only reason why i will not tolerate this kind of behavior is because i have been shopping at this Spar for over 10 years and i do not appreciate her rudeness and unkindness to customers she made be feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I will appreciate it if you can find a solution to deal with this behavior and for her to apologize to me.
