Horrible service

I bought ciders 6 in the 25 March at spar sunningdale just before 8pm. When I got home I opened the first thr lid was a bit loose but I ignored it.second one same thing . 3rd as I opened it popped like champagne. I checked the best before none. Sent a dm in facebook same night the following day I was asked to send my details . To date no one has come back to me . I even followed up what horrible customer service
