HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I recently purchased groceries at this store and the store double charged me on both my credit and debit card for the exact same amount. I brought this to the attention of both store managers who have done nothing about getting me my refund on my cheque account. They have promised to give me feedback and return the funds to my account from about 10 days ago and I am still waiting for a simple refund. I am shocked at the level of bad service of this Spar store in the middle of Sandown, Atholl square shopping centre.
