Horrible safe, even if you can report you won't get any assistance

I thought people were lying when they said I don't make a difference whether you report bad service you experienced at Spar or not. Because they will just brash it of. I reported the matter, and the lady called Glenda emailed me few days after saying they will attend to the matter and come back to me within 3 working days. Fews passed, and I decided to emailed her for follow up and to my surprise she said the store said the contacted me and we resolved the matter. I wasn't surprised at all because that's the same response they gave to my colleague after he complained. Knowing very well nothing was resolved and they didn't communicate. That's spar for you...
