"Horrible for you" should be your slogan

I went to SPAR in Ghandi Square this morning in a good mood as usual, as routine I got my breakfast and went to pay at the till. I was shocked out of my pants when the cashier by the name of SINDISWA gave me attitude from hell. She was not responding to any of my questions and before i knew it she threw my change on the till and went on to help another customer before we were even done talking. I couldn't just let this bad service go unpunished so I asked to speak to the manager who i explained the whole scenario to. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, she looked as me as though I was speaking Chinese and ended up chatting very polity to the cashier as though it was some kind of a joke. I'm very disappointing and disgusted by the type of service I received especially from Management as well. With such a big name/brand as SPAR I really expected well trained staff and problem solvers. Never going back there EVER and neither are my colleagues after sharing this story with them
