Horrible experience

I've had enough of Spar Soshanguve Crossing and their supervisors and managers. I always go there for instant money but there has never been a day that I was assisted always end up at the STD ATM bank, Sapr have more than 20 tills operating but one till is only for cashsend and whatnot, went there this morning, I have an emergency I need money but there is no one at that till, apparently there's no money, and no one is operating there...why have a till that's non operational in the morning? And this dreadlocks lady took it upon herself to do that, she said it's not a Spar rule, it's her rule because of ***** blah blah blah I must return at 11...last April I went, same story with this lady with a short pixie cut, "there's no money in the till" but other tills were operating and they have money. It's the worst store ever when it comes to this instant/cashsend service.
