Horrible Delivery Service

This is for Spar 2 U delivery, the most horrible service ever, i have been waiting for my order since 12:30 pm, no one is updating you as to what's happening with your order and when i called the call centre there was no one available to take my call... This was the first and last time I use this ridiculous service...
