Horrible customer service recieved from cashier

<p>Today I experienced the rudest cashier, Kaylin, at the Spar at the Boulevard Office Block, Searle Street, Woodstock, Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kaylin was way too busy chatting to her collegues (that thought it was appropriate to stand where I as the customer is supposed to be standing when paying for my purchaces), that she did not even acknowledge or greet me.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I then complained to her about the rude attitude she has, she kept on ignoring me and actually was quite clearly irritated by my complaining about her horrible and INEXCUSABLE customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I frequent The Spar at the Boulevard office block on a daily basis, and do not feel that any customer deserves such outright rude service from the staff at the Spar.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect a public apology from Kaylin and the management of Spar.</p>
