Horrible Customer service

I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the Spar express shop in 319 Umhlanga Rocks Drive KZN. I spent about R500 with your shop and upon arrival to my destination from your shop, I find one item missing which was not added to my packet. I called your shop more than 4 times and no one bothered to answer my call im super annoyed at the service your shop has provided me today and the time of my interaction with your shop is 17:56. It may have been one Juice but i paid for it. The last i checked you shop only has one hearing impaired person the rest could hear the phone ring. call me on ***
