Horrible customer service at uMlazi mega City Spar.

I am never shopping at Spar Umlazi Mega City ever again. the staff was so rude, I wanted to speak to the manager, and I was told the manger is in a meeting. I then proceeded to calling the head office and a lady by the name of Thola said she will call me back; I have never heard from her since. The way the staff was so rude they even told each other to call the Manager for me. What a disgrace. I hate that shop I don't even to the same mall because I’ll have to see that shop.
