Horrible customer service at SPAR CARLSWALD MIDRAND

I have been a loyal customer of the store since 2006, over the years service experince has been horrible. On the 4th august 2019 it was my last visit after i was forced to buy spoiled bananas as fresh once in the boxes were reserved. The fruit sales person told me how stupid i was as i did not respect the rules of the store. I reported the problem to Elizaberth( floor manager) , as usual i received apology which is not acceptable.
