Horrible customer service

Sent a person to buy some groceries for me at Spar at Highway in Mdantsane on 2019-12-01. Instead of buying Rama the person bought Stork Magarine. When I went for a refund on 2019-12-02 I was told I do not have a valid reason for a refund even though I had my slip. The manager was very disrespectful and would not have a proper and decent discussion with me but instead chases me away like a dog
