HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible client service.

It's mother's day today, my father is in pain. I popped in to the counter where they put the medication. Same counter where they sell sigarette.

The lady said her name was "Sanna" but it could have been misleading.

I had to ask her twice, "Do you sell pain medications" The third time she wanted me to speak louder, only to tell me "we don't sell that". Then she gave me a smug smile and said again "we don't sell PAN mediation" when I corrected her and said I asked for PAIN medication, she said "O yes, we do sell Pain medication" with an absolute sarcastic attitude. She then took me to the further point of the counter and asked "what do you want" and I asked "what do you sell". Then she couldn't pronounce the medication names. Absolutely disrespectful. We will NEVER visit this store again!
