Horrible cashiers including their manager, and expired food

<p>I went to Spar to get a biltong as I was craving one and Spar was the closest, little did I know that it was going to be the most horrable exprience of my life. They have thier biltong parked on on side of thier cashier, so when I went to this other cahier(Not friendly) she refered me to the other side where I was gona be assisted by Yvonne (That lady with a stinking attitude), as she was busy assisting someone I waited on the side for my turn, instead of calling me she called someone on the queue who was right behind me, "confused" I told her no we are next, she said in Zulu " They think I have time to play" with attitude obviously. Then she proceeded to assist that other client who skipped on the line by leaving the till to go help him get the right item, obviously she was trying to prove a point that she is not helping me because she doesn't want too not because she can't. I was then assisted by the other cashier next to her, then left, as if that was not enough, when I opened the biltong it has expired had some white fibre on it and smelled terrible, I then went back to return it, I didn't have the recipt with me so I went to the manager as I new he was going to be able to assist me. I then told the manager abouy Yvonne and he said he can't help with regards to the biltong as I dont have the receipt but he can help on Yvonne's behavior as she will be punished accordingly. I mean that biltong has expired and the cashiers saw me buying, the leased they can do is give me a refund if they can't give me an apology gift, What kind of store is that, they are selling expired food then they can't they dont even feel bad about it. LIKE I WAS SO ****ED, SO PEOPLE BEWARE OF THAT STORE ESPECIALLY OPPOSITE GHANDI.. </p>
