Horrible / bad service at spar les marais Pretoria

Spar supermarket les marais I went there today (21.11.2021) at 19H00 when I get there the store is closed. The security guy and two ladies at the door couldn't allow me in saying it's closed whereas there are still people inside the store. The security guy by the of Justice which is also the supervisor of the security i asked him why on the door it says 20H00 and he is saying that it's closed he said he can't let me in I asked him to call the manager who was on duty he told me that the manager is going to tell me the same thing and he won't also allow me in. His attitude real is horrible and sucks I was not the only one who was coming to the store even on the website it's say 20H00 I stood there 20 minutes asking him to call manger guess what when the manager came he told me the same thing with an attitude saying the store is closed. I asked him about the board that is written on the entrance which stated 20H00 he told me that the is nothing he can do about it. His name is Issac I am really disappointed on the horrible and bad customer service I got from both of them. Issac couldn't even hear me what or try to assist in any way.
