Horrible and Untrained Management of Spar Bothaville

Today the 01/05 I passed by Spar Bothaville got to the till as I was paying using my bank card on their system the transaction declined but went through on my bank account but it reversed immediately then the cashier suggested we try it again which we did and this time it went through and it didn't reverse then the cashier called a 1 of the supervisors who was not even interested in solving my issue she came and said I must go to the bank and tell then my care is declining and I asked y and she couldn't answer me that supervisor called another supervisor who was more rude didn't even bother greeting me as a customer when she got to the till she spoke to the cashier as if the cashier was the 1having a problem she didn't even have interest in addressing me as a customer then I told her if she doesn't have a solution for me she must call someone who will resolve that matter because they charged me only for her to call some white guy who told me I was difficult customer and I must listen to what he is saying worst he was screaming at me speaking in Afrikaans. The cashier Alinah was told she must to pay for those items of which is unfair because she did nothing wrong its their system, They also said the transaction will reverse itself but up until now at 19H10 its still not reversed and I was at that store around 9am.

The management team in this store is horrible to customers and their customer service is also horrible I doubt I'll ever set foot in this store and trust me when I say I am gonna tell my friends who are gonna tell their friends not to take their business there.
