Hooves almost ****ed my dog

Good afternoon I'm extremely upset, I bought a packet of Hooves for my Pitt at your franchise in Three Rivers, resulted in a R10 000 vet bill, on the packet it says safe... The vet took it out of my dogs intestines today, because it didn't want to pass nor dissolve as a franchise you must keep the humans and pets safety in mind when selling.. If there is queries regarding this matter Three Rivers vet can be be phoned to confirm that it was a Hoove, and therefore I must ask that you help me with this bill for the package promises that it is safe to eat, when it clearly wasn't.
