Disappointed customer

I had the worst experience at this store today. An innocent oversight that could have been rectified has me wishing this was not the only store I could visit to get my essentials that is nearby. The staff especially the security staff standing at the door is inhumane & unruly to say the least. If this is how you treat the community that you guys operate in, then im disgusted. Im left with a bitterness & sadness in my heart. I hope I NEVER have to shop at this Hilltop Spar :(
