Highly Disappointed

Went to the Sherwood Spar in Port Elizabeth as we do every month to do our shopping, Swiped for the purchase and card was declined due to their machines being faulty that day ,(We were not informed of this before we swiped our bankcard) so we were told to swipe again which we did, amount went off twice. They said the money would be reversed. Almost 3 weeks later no money was reversed, so after countless airtime wasted on calling the store and their bank and trips back n forth to the spar we were told to come collect our money at the store! So unprofessional am highly disgusted will not be swiping there again.
