Highlands spar has rude management

<p>I will never set foot in Highlands spar again. Ever since the previous manager left, there has been a decline in customer service. I have sent a mail to head office. The manager of Spar phoned me. I told him I cannot speak at that time and he must phone me back. Personally I do not think he can resolve it though and would have preferred to speak to the owner or head office. But no reaction at all. I will also tell all my friends and aquintances of the problems I have experienced. </p>
