Hiding pure fat inbetween meat, charged by the kilo

We bought pork rashers from Retail Crossing, which had pieces of pure fat hidden between pieces of meat, which is not a pork rasher! It was not a bulk pork pack, where you expect to find fat hidden inbetween. This was pork rashers, charged by the kilo, and pure fat was included and charged for in this pack we bought. It is disgusting how our local supermarket *****s its customers with this tactic. I will no longer shop or support Spar for this reason.
