Hi, I would like to leave a review for Spar Goldman Crossing Florida

Hi, I would like to leave a review for Spar Goldman Crossing Florida. Their staff have absolutely no etiquette or manners and I am disgusted!!! After years of loyal support and patronage. Due to a system problem my receipt could not be printed, however, the amount was deducted from my account as per cell phone banking. The very rude cashier ( I didn't get her name) turns with attitude and tells me to pay again as the transaction declined. I then disputed as per my notification and she actually starts an argument with me saying that I either pay again or void my items even though I had already paid. I asked to speak to a manager , the cashier tells me that he is just going to tell me the same thing and the manager in turn runs away leaving us waiting with irate customers waiting to be served attacking us aswell. Spar Goldman or anyone there could not explain what their system problem is and the cashier gets to tell me to take it up with my bank and they refused to let me leave with my groceries I had purchased, offering me no alternative or resolution . I now am out of pocket for groceries I didn't leave with and I must wait 24 hours and hope and pray that my bank reimburses me to for Spars fault. As for the manager and cashiers at Goldman Crossing Spar I am disgusted ! Your attitude and lack of professionalism is sickening... I will never purchase from any Spar again !!!
