Hi. I am complaining regarding the Spar Masterchef Pots and Pans competition. I have spent money buying stickers and have enough to buy 3 items now. However there is no stock anywhere. Spar Bromhof has stock in their back room for their staff but no stock for customers. The manager at Spar Northwold said there is too much demand and no stock. Why have the competition then? Spar are more expensive so it took ages to collect the stickers. So I have the stickers but no stock and the competition closed yesterday. I feel I have been **********. There have been no lids either. The manager at Spar Bromhof said she would phone me when stock came in but did not even remember me when I asked her again in the store. Extremely bad customer service, especially during these terrible times. I am on slack pay and I feel like never going near a Spar store again! Patricia
