Hercules Spar is so pathetic

Hercules Spar is so pathetic since it reopened. The service is poor at the bakery, the staff is so loud and isn't helpful at the bakery. The managers don't look what's going in the bakery and if you do tell them the problem they just look at you. Why can't they be like previously have a variety of cooked food and nice food?
